It wouldn't be a stretch at all to call the Grevilplus Allroad Frameset a Dogma for mixed surface rides. In fact, the frame material, many of the design features, and styling cues come directly from the multi-Tour winner, so it's not far fetched at all. Pinarello placed the same dedication in its research and development as it did in the Grevilplus and paid careful attention to the specific needs of gravel riders and the nuances required for the higest performance on multi surface rides and races. From asphalt to dirt, after work jaunts to all-day efforts, mass start races to solo soul rides, the Grevilplus handles it all with speed and aplomb. As we mentioned above, the Grevil shares many of the same eye-catching styling cues as the brand's top-tier Dogma K10, with its signature curves that improve ride comfort, responsiveness, and drivetrain stiffness, wind-cheating aero section, and asymmetry. Pinarello's goal was to make a bike that was fast over gravel and the road sections that connect them without relying on any suspension systems that can sap power. To do so, it relied on aero tube shapes that help slice through the wind and drop wattage loss to air resistance as well as slightly flattened chainstays and seatstays that impart additional compliance over the bumps while maintaining lateral stiffness. Where the Grevilplus and its less expensive sibling the Grevil differ is in the type of carbon used for the construction. The Grevilplus boasts the top-tier Torayca T1100 1K Dream Carbon with Nanoalloy Technology that's both lightweight and stiffer, while the Grevil consists of slightly heavier yet cheaper T700 UD carbon. If you're looking for the most race-worthy frameset that shaves every gram and boosts stiffness and responsiveness, T1100 1K is the one. In fact, it's the exact same carbon fiber used on the flagship Dogma F12 that's used to numerous race victories by Team INEOS. Since this is a Pinarello at the end of the day, we'd be remiss not to point o...
