While many bikes, even gravel bikes, force us into one type of terrain, the Jena encourages us to choose our route based on whim, rather than constraints of a bike's build. The Jena GRX urges us to take on anything from races along forest roads to weekend bikepacking escapes from the city. Wilier's road racing history influence can be seen in the lightweight carbon frame, while the modern take on go-anywhere riding shines through in ample tire clearance and "racing-comfort" geometry. This Jena pairs the nimble handling frame with Shimano's gravel-specific GRX drivetrain for a capable adventure-ready steed. Wilier crafts the Jena frame from 60T monocoque carbon fiber for the balance of lightweight and stiffness for responsive handling. Echoing the shaping of their road bikes, the Jena features the same Kamm Tail design for aerodynamic advantage when the winds shift. With an eye for versatility, the Jena has clearance for a wide range of wheel and tire sizes. This model is spec'd with the speedy 700c x 38mm Vittoria Terrenos, for efficient maneuvering over buff roads. Should you set sights on a more adventuresome route, the Jena can clear up to 44mm tires on 700c wheels and up to 650b x 48mm if you add a 650b wheelset to your arsenal. All this is to say, Wilier made sure the Jena can get you through whatever unforeseen terrain comes along the trail. Wilier pairs this go-anywhere frame with Shimano's ride-anything GRX groupset. The 1x11 group with ample gear range allows you to get up and over those mountain passes, and still cruise along the flats. Shimano's RS171 wheels, matched to those Vittor...
